Wow, it sure has been a minute since I last blogged, right? Sorry about that. Turns out having a baby is sort of all encompassing and I haven’t had time for much else.
If you haven’t heard, our little Charlotte was born on October 11, 2012. Yes, that’s 10/11/12. A very appropriate birth date for such a magical little girl. She turned 4 months old yesterday and I can’t believe it’s already been that long. Time flies and each day she learns or does something new that completely mystifies me.
I’m sure you’re wondering if and when I’m returning to Ghost Hunters. The answer is, YES. I’ve been back out with the team for a total of 6 cases already in the last couple months. My schedule has been heavily adjusted so I can be home as much as possible. You’ll no longer see me in reveals or during analysis, but I am there for every investigation. It means I’m away from home three nights every two-three weeks, but the trade off is, I’m home full time other than that and the occasional appearance.
As for when my episodes start to air, that I don’t know. Once I get word, I will of course pass it on directly to all of you.
Please stay tuned for events and appearances being announced soon. Plus, my store will be back online within the next couple of days. I know you missed my crazy t-shirts! 😉
Hope you’re all well out there. I’ve missed you! I’m so happy to be able to juggle mommyhood while doing what I love for a living. Truly, I’m the luckiest. xoxo

Terrific news Amy! I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to drag you away from Charlotte. It sounds like you will have the best of both worlds. I’ll be looking forward to your new episodes, it hasn’t been the same without you!
Amy, you daughter is beautiful. As much as I love seeing you on the show, I’m so glad that you will also be able to spend lots of time with your little girl. Time goes by way too fast! My son is 20 and it seems like I just brought him home from the hospital. Best wishes to you and your family. Can’t wait to see you back on the show. You are our favorite!! Blessings from the Fairbanks family in NC
Oh, congrats! She is such a sweetie.
What a precious little one she is. God has blessed you.
Hi Amy. So happy for you. She is a little doll baby. Congratulations.
Amy, Charlotte is so adorable. I know how you feel with her already 4 months old. When my little girl was born, I used to kid and say I was going to freeze her so she would stay little – well last April 2012 my little girl turned 40. Next year – March 2014 my baby – my son turns 40. Where did the time go. You turn around twice and they are grown. So enjoy her as much as you possibly can. Congratulations on the baby and enjoy. Anxious to see you back on the show again.
